How can I join the Campbell County Militia?

The best way to join is to attend one of our monthly meetings. We meet on the third Thursday of the month at the Campbell County Haberer Building, located at 47 Courthouse Ln in Rustburg, VA. Newcomers are welcome to join for an information session at 6:30pm.

What are the requirements to join CCM?

- US Citizen

- 16 years of age

- Resident of Virginia

- Legally able to possess a firearm

- Must sign and agree with the Code of Conduct to this item.

What is the structure of CCM?

Similar to how a fire department or sheriffs office runs, CCM utilizes a basic ranking system. This allows for an efficient structure to absorb and direct additional resources and creates a system where every person can be tasked and accounted for during times of need such as a natural disaster.
